• This General Membership Agreement  between You (Member, User or Advertiser) and Familyclix.com sets out the terms of your membership. You must read carefully, understand and agreeable to the terms and conditions of this Membership Agreement by marking " I Accept ".
• If You do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this Membership Agreement, Familyclix.com is unwilling to allow You to become a Member.

• Members must log in at least once every 30 day(s) in order to stay active. Inactive members could have their accounts suspended and forfeit any account balance, memberships, points, referrals and advertising credits. We are deleting account after 180 day inactivity.
• You must provide correct information during registration. Users using false information, including full name, or date of birth when registering will have their account suspended.
• You must speak and understand English in order to use our services. You must use English when advertising or communicating on our site.
• You may only have one account and your household can have only one account. Do not attempt to create more than one account or all of your accounts will be terminated.
• As your password must be kept secret from others, we store it in an irreversible format. In the unlikely event of someone hacking into your account, we will not be held responsible. When you request your password, we will send you a new one to your email.

• Auto-Click Software. If you are offering or found to be promoting or using any unauthorized third party software or services used to auto-click, auto-surf, ad-alert, or circumvent or defraud Familyclix.com your account will be terminated without notice. Deletion of your account due to any of these violations results in forfeiture of all account balances. Please note legal action may also be initiated.
• Each attempt, in any way, to use auto click software, to login into our system using 3rd party software, to hack into the system were all logged.When you request payout, our monitoring system will analyze your actions and take its own actions in return.
• Every Hack attempt or abusing our system will lead to account suspension permanently.
• Having a username that we deem inappropriate may lead to the suspension of your account.
• Logging in from proxies, vpn or shared network environments (such as, but not limited to schools, LAN houses, cybercafés, etc.) is not allowed. You can wiatch ads using your computer and mouse. Watching ads using cellphone or tablets is not allowed.
  
• You are not allowed to transfer or sell your account to any other person.
• If any of your actions cause material damage or harm reputation of FamilyClix, we have right to suspend your account permanently.

• All payments are made via Payeer, Bitcoin, PerfectMoney, Litecoin and Ethereum.
• Members from Vietnam must be upgraded to receive payments.
• You are not allowed to send your money to another person`s payment processor account. Doing so will lead to an immediate suspension.
• Ensure the payment processor account that you create is with a company which allows payments to your country.
• You may request for a payment once you have reached $2 in your account balance. The minimum for First Time Payout is $2 for all members. This amount will increase by $1.00 for each cashout until it reaches a fixed minimum amount of $5.00.
• You will get your payment as soon as possible.
• You can only request an unlimited amount to be paid to the payment processor you have used to make the most of your purchases in monetary amount. The maximum amount you can request to the other payment processor is equal to the value of the purchases you have made through them individually.
• Once the withdrawal has been processed and payment has been made by FamilyClix.com, we assume no further responsibility and cannot be held responsible for any issue caused by the payment processor companies.
• Ensure the payment processor account that you create is with a company which allows payments to your country.
• For security reason, payment processor's email addresses used for withdrawal must be the same as payment processor's email addresses used for deposit.
• For security reason, FamilyClix reserves the right to delay and cancel any payment request and ask for more information from member.   
• For security reason, FamilyClix has the right to request proof that you are the rightful owner of both your payment processor and Familyclix account should we find it suspicious.
• Sharing/posting your payment proof in the forum is a must before requesting your next cashout.

• We accept Payeer, Bitcoin, PerfectMoney, Litecoin, Ethereum, Ethereum Classic, Dogecoin, SolidTrustPay and Skrill as payment methods.
• All chargebacks or reversed transactions made on your payments will lead to an immediate account suspension. all purchased item are not refundable.

Revenue Share and Crowdfunding Terms

• Revenue shares expiring when they reach 120% profit or when you reach 150% profit total from revenue share feature.
  
• You can withdraw unlimited from crowdfunding, but only once in 7 days.

• We have the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason and without warning or notice. If we decide to give a notice, we will notify you by e-mail. If you are caught cheating in any way, your account will be deleted without notice. Please note due to the proprietary nature of our monitoring system, we're not able to disclose any detailed information nor discuss the reason.
• Any accusation without proof, false representing, intimidation, threat or disrespect against FamilyClix and / or FamilyClix staff / assistants, here or elsewhere will be seen as disrespectful and may lead to the removal of the privilege of using the Forum and Chat as well as the permanent suspension of your account, temporary suspension of membership or any other benefits.
• You are not an employee of FamilyClix and you are not an independent contractor for FamilyClix. We simply create a middle-man connection from the advertiser to the consumer. You or FamilyClix has the right to terminate this relationship at any time.
• Liability: FamilyClix will not be held responsible for any of its Users, Advertisers or Advertisements. This also includes every supplier we depend on. FamilyClix will not be liable for delays or failure in performance caused by acts of God, war, terrorism, strike, labor dispute, work stoppage, fire, act of government, or any other cause, whether similar or dissimilar, beyond our control. FamilyClix reserves the right to restrict, alter, or modify fees, benefits, rules, regulations, special offers, membership terms and conditions or terminate services any time and without notice. FamilyClix, its subsidiaries, affiliates and agents are not responsible for any products and services of other program participating companies or partners.
• Assurance: FamilyClix upfront reserves the right to modify the terms at any time, with or without caution. We take no responsibility for violations occurred by Familyclix members, it's your job to revise the terms on a regular basis.
• Errors: We cannot assure the site may or may not have exploits, Any user caught exploiting any area of FamilyClix will result in account termination and all funds to be forfeited. Please note legal action may also be initiated..
• Copyright: Familyclix is copyright 2018-2019. You are prohibited from distributing, reselling, recoding, modifying or copying FamilyClix at all times. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services are and will remain the exclusive property of FamilyClix and its licensors. The Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Nothing in the Terms gives you a right to use the Familyclix name or any of the Familyclix trademarks, logos, domain names, and other distinctive brand features.
